If I am grabbing a meal on the go, there are a few restaurants I always choose. Personally, the availability of a nutrition calculator or easily accessible nutrition information and lower-calorie options are crucial in making my selection. I track macros to manage my nutrition whether I'm in the off-season or preparing for a competition. I think the platform used to track macros is central as it impacts the overall accuracy of the data (the accuracy of the entered data is even more important, but that’s another story.)
