It's the magical time of the week when I review my spending, things I’ve learned, things I’ve read, and the week's struggles and successes.

I previously shared my Top 5 Macro-Friendly Restaurants, and I thought I’d take a closer look at their menus and share my picks for macro-friendly meals. Although I’ve analyzed the menu of my Top 5 (here, here, here, here, and here), I thought I’d check out the menu of some other popular restaurants. This week: Wendy's.

I currently have a little more than a semester remaining before graduating with my Masters of Dietetics and Nutrition, and in that remaining semester, I have two acute care rotations and a capstone project (15-20+ page literature review and corresponding project) to complete. I am also a recovering procrastinator and general avoider of all things uncomfortable. This aspect of my identity is rather troublesome, considering successful completion of my capstone (with retention of my sanity) depends on timely work and will more likely than not involve at least some unpleasant tasks.
