It's the magical time of the week when I review my goals and what I've been up to! BOOKS:The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk The Subtle Knife by Philip Pullman Percy Jackson & The Last Olympians: The Sea of Monsters by Rick Riordan A Year in Provence by Peter Mayle The Comfort Crisis by Michael Easter Percy Jackson & The Last Olympians: The Titan's Curse by Rick Riordan Life Is in the Transitions by Bruce Feiler FOOD:This week I meal-prepped all three meals that I ate during the day (the same foods as last week). For breakfast, I made overnight oatmeal (oats, soy milk, yogurt, flaxseed, applesauce, peanut butter) - so good! For lunch and dinner, I prepared navy bean soup with navy beans, brown rice, tomatoes, collard greens, spinach, green beans, canola oil, peanut butter (sounds weird, but it works) and rosemary. For more ideas on what I typically eat, check out this full day of eating. MONEY:One of my priorities for 2023 is getting my finances in order. Here's how I did this week: SPENDING THIS WEEK:Here are the groceries I purchased this week (I also earned $1 in Ibotta rebates): 1 4-pack canned green beans 1 can spinach (14 oz) 1 can collard greens (14 oz) 1 Carbmaster yogurt (32 oz) 3 Carbmaster yogurt (6 oz) 1 can lite coconut milk (14 oz) 2 banana 1 comb STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENT:
NET WORTH:PROFESSIONAL:Another week in the books! I'm continually amazed at just how much I still have to learn - especially after completing 5+ years of education in nutrition. Beyond my full-time job this week, I did some additional work in 2 (of my 3) side hustles that had been a bit slower in recent weeks. My professional life feels blissfully full. 2023 GOAL PROGRESS:Here's how I'm progressing on my 2023 goals:
